MWR Membership: More Access, More Fun.

Want to make the most of your leisure time? The MWR Membership Program (1 Year Pass) provides access to a huge range of recreational facilities and activities located on Fort Polk. It's your ticket to more fun and relaxation.

$30 per person (17 years and older)

$25 per person (Renewals)

Become an MWR Member:

1. Background Check.

An approved background clearance report must be completed for a person 18 years and older (applicants 17 years and younger will not require background clearance). Click the link below and fill our required fields.

A notice of approval/denial will be sent to email listed on form within 72 business hours.

2. Payment. Payment must be completed prior to receiving your 1 year membership pass. Cash and card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) are accepted. An MWR employee will contact you for payment once the first step is authorized.

3. Membership Pass. Once application and payment are completed, member passes are available at the Visitor Control Center (VCC) located outside ACP 1 (Main Gate) within
48-72 hours. All Members must present a valid driver's license or passport when registering and receiving Membership Card at the VCC. All members will receive a pass that is valid for 1 year to access JRTC and Fort Polk at above listed MWR facilities.

FAQ

The MWR Membership Card is valid for one (1) year.
MWR Card is NON-transferable.
Access to AAFES Exchange, gas station, Class VI, Commissary, Library, Fitness Centers are not included.
