Cantrell's 500/1000LB CLUB

Cantrell Fitness Center's 500/1000lb club is an achievement in strength training, representing the combined total of three major lifts: the squat, deadlift, and bench press.

Participants will receive a challenge coin and will be added to the Brag Board.

Climb to Remember

All patrons who have access to the facility that want to honor those who did the most during 9/11 are encouraged to come to any of the gyms in ruck gear, fire fighter gear, or just regular gym attire and utilize the stairstepper, jacobs ladder, treadmill on full incline, or the indoor track and give max effort to climb as far as they can to represent those who did this for the twin towers which were 110 stories high.
