Army Community Service and Prevention Center
The Army Community Services and Prevention Center (ACSPC) is dedicated to providing Fort Polk Soldiers, Families, Retirees, and Department of the Army (DA) civilians with a holistic approach to the primary prevention of harmful behaviors.
The ACSPC focuses on primary prevention. Our professionals utilize an evidence-based, comprehensive approach to deliver services in a supportive environment tailored to individual client needs.
To reduce destructive behaviors and build resiliency, the ACSPC evaluates change indicators over time, assesses organizational factors to inform adjustments, and measures the effectiveness of specific prevention activities.

During a personalized session our FRP counselors will review your relevant documents, provide you with an individualized assessment, and work with you to develop a personalized spending plan.
Our FRP counselors can also provide structured debt management plans to Servicemembers, particularly those who are at risk, or have security clearance concerns.

Army Community Service: Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)
The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) provides comprehensive support to Family members with special needs. EFMP takes an all-inclusive approach to coordinate military and civilian community, educational, medical, housing, and personnel services to help Servicemembers and their Families with special needs.
An Exception Family Member is a Family member with any physical, emotional, developmental, or intellectual disorder that requires special treatment, therapy, education, training, or counseling, and meets the eligibility criteria.
Servicemembers with Exceptional Family Members are required to register for EFMP and keep enrollment information current. This way, Family needs will be considered during the assignment coordination process. Updates are required every 3 years.
