Intramural Powerlifting Competition
Active Duty, Dependents, and other authorized DFMWR users ages 18 years and above.
Official weigh-ins will take place between 8:15 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. on the day of the event. All participants are required to weigh in.
The competition will continue until all participants have completed all required lifts.
Register with Intramural Sports Office NLT 23 July by submitting a registration form found on the DFMWR Intramural Sports website. Onsite registration will be available as well.
Event will be held at Home of Heroes Functional Fitness Center.
