Led by our experienced Family Advocacy Program specialists and local health professionals, this interactive session covers all the essential training you need before your little one arrives. Topics include:

• Newborn care basics (diapering, swaddling, bathing, and soothing)

• Safe sleep practices and infant safety

• Feeding and nutrition

• Postpartum self-care and mental health resources

• Navigating military community resources for growing families

Whether this is your first baby or you just want a refresher, this event is a great opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect with other expecting military families in the community.
