This workshop prepares parents for labor, delivery, and early postpartum care. Participants will learn about the stages of labor, comfort techniques, and the role of the support person. Medical interventions will be discussed such as cesarean birth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care during the first hours after delivery. Participants will gain confidence and understanding to make informed choices for a positive birth experience.
