 rmy to voice quality-of-life issues\, feedback\, and suggestions to Army L
 eadership. It is a process that lets Soldiers and Families say what is wor
 king and what isn&rsquo\;t AND present ideas as to what they think will fi
 x the issue.\n\nAFAP identifies issues of concern to the total Army Family
  and alerts Commanders and Army Leaders to areas of concern that need thei
 r attention.\n\nAFAP determines actions necessary to resolve issues and as
 signs responsibility for actions to the proper Army staff agency.&nbsp\;\n
 \nAll concerns\, issues and ideas to better the quality of life for our So
 ldiers\, Families members\, Survivors\, Retirees and Civilians across all
