 Army Leadership. It is a process that lets Soldiers and Families say what

 ill fix the issue.\n\nAFAP identifies issues of concern to the total Army 
 Family and alerts Commanders and Army Leaders to areas of concern that nee
 d their attention.\n\nAFAP determines actions necessary to resolve issues 
 and assigns responsibility for actions to the proper Army staff agency.&nb
